Mr Funk has been working as a Single Joint Medical Expert Witness since 1999, having dealt with over 500 Personal Injury cases so far.

He has undertaken the following training courses:

• Law Society Single Joint Medical Expert Course – Manchester – 12 August 1999.
• Marketing for the Expert Witness – London – October 2002
• The Expert Witness in Court – 26 February 2003

Mr Funk has experience in case conferences, but has not yet appeared in court as an expert witness or in any other capacity.

Mr Funk does not undertake Clinical Negligence Work.

All medical reports are well indexed and researched. All reports are sent promptly. Terms of Engagement must be signed prior to appointment.
